5 Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Virtual slides show poor stitching in Pannoramic Viewer

Scan camera not properly adjusted (for example, due to loose fixture)

Slide is often positioned incorrectly

Guiding fault in transport system

Check if faulty positioning disappears after the selection of a different type of
magazine (for example, universal magazine).

Digitization process is extremely slow

Extended focusing
option is activated

Deactivate the

option if not required.

Z-stack
option is activated

Deactivate the

Deactivate the

Focus range setting is incorrect

Change focus range setting.
All individual images show a shading effect
