2 Installation
Warning!
Only connect external devices that are safety extra low voltage rated to
the instrument to avoid the risk of electrical shock.
2.3 Mounting the Lumencor Spectra unit
To operate the Lumencor Spectra unit, it has to be attached to the Pannoramic 250 base unit.
1. Switch off the main power supply on the rear panel of the Pannoramic 250 and disconnect
the power cables (see section
1.1.3 Main parts of the Base Unit
).
2. Open protective cover (see section
5.3.1 Opening the protective cover
).
3. Find the mounting hole (

) at the back side of the Pannoramic 250 unit and rotate the
Lumencor unit (

) upside down.
