To accelerate the upgrade speed, you need to modify the serial port baud rate.

to modify the serial baud rate to 115200 bps. To ensure communication between the device
and the terminal, you need to make the baud rate of the terminal consistent with that of the serial port.
For the modification of the terminal baud rate, refer to “Modifying Serial Port Parameters” on page 6-11.

After setting the baud rate, return to the BootWare operation submenu and select

displays the following:
