IAD User’s Guide

The following figure shows a LAN divided into subnets A, B, and C.

Physical Network & Partitioned Logical Networks

Click Network > LAN > IP Alias to open the following screen. Use this screen to 
change your IAD’s IP alias settings.

IP Alias 1, 2

Select the check box to configure another LAN network for the IAD.

IP Address

Enter the IP address of your IAD in dotted decimal notation. 

Alternatively, click the right mouse button to copy and/or paste the IP 
address.

IP Subnet Mask

Your IAD will automatically calculate the subnet mask based on the IP 
address that you assign. Unless you are implementing subnetting, use 
the subnet mask computed by the IAD.

Apply

Click Apply to save your changes back to the IAD.

Cancel

Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.

Ethernet
