Make sure you are using the correct IP address.

• The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
• If you changed the IP address, use the new IP address.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting suggestions for 

I 

forgot the IP address for the LTE2566-M634.

Make sure the LTE2566-M634 is correctly installed and turned on. See the Quick Start Guide and 

Section 

1.4.1 on page 14

.

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScripts and Java 
enabled.

Make sure your computer is connected to the LTE2566-M634 and is in the same subnet as the LTE2566-
M634.

Make sure the LTE2566-M634’s WiFi LAN is enabled. You can enable or disable the LTE2566-M634’s WiFi 
network using WiFi Setting on the LTE2566-M634. See 

Section 1.5.4 on page 18

.

Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the LTE2566-M634 with the default IP address. 
To reset your LTE2566-M634 press the 

Reset

 button and release it when the LCD screen displays

Disconnect your computer from the LTE2566-M634 and then connect once again.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The default user name is 

admin 

and the default password is 

1234

. These fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

This can happen when you fail to log out properly from your last session. Try logging in again after five 
minutes.

Disconnect and connect to the LTE2566-M634 again.
