protective

and

 

telephone/coax

 

lines

 

properly

 

connected

 

to

 

the

 

local

 

cable

or

 

video

 

provider

Such

 

lines

 

must

 

be

 

grounded

 

per

 

local

 

code

 

for

 

this

 

warranty

surge

will

 

protect

 

against

 

a

 

direct

itself

expected

 

to

 

be

 

destroyed

must

 

purchase

 

a

 

new

 

unit

 

to

 

replace

 

the

 

damaged

determines

 

that

 

you

 

are

 

entitled

 

to

 

compensation,

will,

 

at

 

its

 

option,

 

pay

 

you

 

the

 

present

 

fair

 

market

 

value

damaged

or

 

pay

 

for

 

the

 

cost

the

to

 

the

 

maximum

 

amount

 

set

 

forth

 

for

send

 

you

 

equivalent

 

replacement

is

 

not

 

responsible

lost

in

 

any

fair

 

market

shall

 

be

shipping

ship

discretion,

repair

 

facility

inspect

 

and

 

estimate

cost,

shipping

to

repair
