Error codes can occur as follows:

Reboot the system.
If the problem persists, the defective component must be de-
termined by a process of elimination. Start with the drive mo-
tor.

Error in bottom
bracket sensor
Check the plug connection to the controller.
If the sensor is completely up against the threaded shell of the
inner bearing: Move the sensor carefully back (approx.
0.5 mm).
If the problem persists, determine whether the sensor or the
controller is defective by a process of elimination.

Motor fault
Check the plug connections from motor cable to motor and
from motor cable to controller.
If the problem persists, determine whether the motor or the
controller is defective by a process of elimination.

Check the plug connection to the controller.
If the sensor is completely up against the threaded shell of the
inner bearing: Move the sensor carefully back (approx.
0.5 mm).
If the problem persists, determine whether the sensor or the
controller is defective by a process of elimination.

Brake system
fault
Switch off the system. Check the mechanical function of the
power cut-off lever switch. Check whether the brake levers re-
turn completely to their starting position when released.
If the problem persists: Disconnect both power cut-off levers at
the controller and check the function of the system again. If the
system works, one or both of the two brake levers is defective
and must be replaced.
If the system still does not work, check the function of the con-
troller.

ror
Check the plug connection to the display.
If the problem persists, check the plug connection of the bus ca-
ble to the controller.
If the problem persists, determine whether the display, the con-
troller or the wiring harness is defective by a process of elimina-
tion.

ON/OFF switch
stuck or held
down too long
Switch off the system, take the battery out of the holder and in-
stall again. Then switch on the system again.
If the problem persists, determine whether the display or the
controller is defective by a process of elimination.
