Do not use silicone dishes.

Accessories
The cooking space is heated by the grill element.
The food quickly gets a crispy, brown crust on top.
Uses
▪ Gratinating
▪ Toasting
▸ Place the food to be grilled directly on the wire rack.
▸ Place a plate under the wire rack to catch food
particles and condensate.
Use a fork to prick the skin or peel of foods such as potatoes, toma-
toes, sausages, shellfish or similar.
Otherwise, the steam that is produced will be unable to escape and
may cause the food to explode.
