Tip:
You can also access new messages through the Notifications bar. When a new email message
arrives, you’ll see the
icon in the Notifications bar. Touch and hold the bar and slide it down to
display notifications. Touch a message to display it.
Tip:
Touch your current email account at the top to switch to a different email account.

Manage Your Email Inbox
Your email inbox provides management options for viewing, filtering, sorting, and deleting your email
messages.
View Your Email Inbox
1. Touch

2. Touch the email account at the top of the screen to select a different Inbox, or touch
Combined
view
to see all your email Inboxes at once.
3. Touch

Display sort & filter
to filter the Inbox or sort it in different order.
4. Touch the left drop-down menu on the top of email list to sort email messages by date received,
sender, subject, or size.

Touch the right drop-down menu to filter the Inbox.

All:
Displays all received email messages.
l
High priority:
Displays email messages with high importance.
l
With attachments:
Displays all received messages that have attachments.
l
Unread:
Displays only unread messages.
Refresh an Email Account
Whatever your automatic synchronization settings are, you can also synchronize your sent and
received email messages manually at any time.

1. On the email account Inbox, touch the message you want to delete.
