Calendar Scheduled Alerts
When your phone is turned on and you have
a goal, a reminder or an event alarm
scheduled, your phone alerts you and
displays the schedule summary. There are
several ways your phone alerts you to
scheduled events:

By playing the assigned ringer.

By showing the icon (Goal and
Event) and the icon (Reminder) on
the status bar.
To view the schedule:
1. Slide the status bar down to open the
Notifications panel.
2. Touch the upcoming schedule name to
display the schedule. If you have other
pending schedule reminders, these
schedules will also appear on the screen.
3. Touch LATER or DID IT (Goal), or MARK
AS DONE (Reminder).
To set reminder settings:
On any Calendar view, touch > Settings >
General and set the options in the Notifications
section.
Erase Calendar Schedules
1. From the home screen, touch >
Calendar .
2. Open the calendar schedule details.

In Schedule, Day, 3 Day and Week
views, touch the calendar schedule
you want to delete.
 In Month view, touch the date where
the calendar schedule occurs, and
then touch the calendar schedule.
3. Touch > Delete .
4. Touch the option you prefer and touch OK
(Goal), or touch OK (Reminder) or
DELETE (Event).
Add Events From Gmail to the
Calendar
When you get an email about an event like a
flight, concert or restaurant reservation, it will
be added to your calendar automatically.
1. From the home screen, touch >
Calendar .
2. In any calendar view, touch >
Settings > Events from Gmail .
3. Touch the Add events from Gmail slider
to turn the function on or off.
