WIFI
Go to “WIFI”. Select “Yes” to turn WLAN on. Your phone will search for and list available networks. Highlight the WLAN Network you want and
tap “Options”
“Connect”. If you selected a secured network, you will need to enter the correct password. To disconnect from the network, turn off
WLAN by pressing “Options”
“Disable WLAN”.

Phone settings
Time and date
You can “Update with time zone”, “Set time/date” and “Set format ” for your desktop clock and so on.
Schedule power on/off
Save battery by editing up to 4 groups of power on/off time.
Note: The times should be set differently to avoid conflict.
Language
Set your phone’s language.
Input method
Set the preferred input method.
Display
Wallpaper: Your phone comes with a preset wallpaper photo. You can choose your own picture from “System” or “User defined”. These can all be
previewed before you choose one as your wallpaper.
Greeting text
Set “Status” and “Greeting text”. If “Status” is “On”, the greeting text you have edited will display when your phone is powered on.
Flight mode
Select “Normal mode”, “Flight mode” or “Query when power on”.
LCD backlight
Go to “Misc.settings”, then tap the “LCD backlight”. Set the “Brightness” and “Time” for “LCD backlight”.
Network settings
Network selection
There are two modes in Network selection:
You can select “Automatic” or “Manual”.
Preferences
This list lets you “Add from list”, “New”, “Change priority” or “Delete” your preferred networks.
Security settings
SIM lock
If “SIM Lock” is currently set “Off”, you can press “On” to input a PIN code to unlock your SIM card. The next time you turn on your mobile,
you’ll need to input the correct PIN code to unlock your SIM card.
If “SIM Lock” is set “On”, you can press “Off” to cancel the protection.
Note: Your SIM card will be locked if you input the PIN code wrongly three times in a row. If this happens, you’ll need a PUK code to unlock your
SIM card. Your PIN code, PUK code and SIM card are usually provided together. If you’re missing your PUK code, contact your network provider.
The default PIN code is 0000. You should change this to your own PIN code as soon as possible.
Phone lock
A phone lock is a useful tool to help prevent your mobile phone from being used without your permission.
Select “On” and input your password. You need to input the correct password to unlock your mobile phone when you next turn it on.
Select “Off” to cancel the protection.
