1.6 Electrical connection
ͳ
Use of an electrical extension is prohibited when connecting the control box.
ͳ
Place the control box on the caddy or on the base on the ground (depending on model) at a distance of at
least 3.5 metres from the edge of the pool.
ͳ
Choose a dry, flat place free of any objects that may damage the underside of the control box and exposing
the control box to direct sunlight.
ͳ
The control box is splash-proof but must not be immersed. To prevent any electric shock, never immerse the
control box or expose it to bad weather.
ͳ
Bathing is prohibited when your cleaner is in the pool.
• Connect the floating cable into the control box
(1).
• Push the connector in until you hear 2 clicks
(2).
Make sure the connector is sufficiently pushed into place. If it is not,
repeat the operation.
• Connect the mains cable. Only connect the control box to a power outlet protected by a 30 mA maximum ground fault
circuit breaker
(if in doubt contact a qualified electrician)

• To disconnect the floating cable from the control box, pinch the 2 clips at the end of the connector and pull at the same
time
