6.2.9. NOMINAL OPERATING MODE OF THE BOILER.
After completing the process of starting the combustion process (the fuel in the combustion
chamber of the specialized burner is successfully ignited) and the boiler is heated and
tempered, it can be assumed that the system is in nominal mode of operation. In this mode
are made settings and/or checking the operation of the boiler. It is necessary to set the
working thermal power to meet the thermal power consumed by the heat consumer at
nominal load mode.
It is not recommended continuous operation of the equipment in thermal
power lower than the minimum specified in the table with technical
parameters of the boiler, as such regimes are not effective and economical.
In nominal thermal power mode is done the so called "hot test" of the system in accordance
with the regulations in force.
The flow of combustion air is of vital importance for the mode of operation of
the boiler and its effectiveness - when the amount of the air is less than
optimal, this shortage will result in incomplete combustion of the fuel. Also,
when the air flow is more than optimal, this leads to cooling of the combustion
zone and again in incomplete combustion of the fuel. It is therefore necessary
to ensure free access of air (both to the burner and to the room in which the
boiler is installed) to be fed by the fan of the burner to the combustion zone,
which will allow to achieve optimal parameters and economic mode operation
of the equipment.
6.2.10. MODE OF OPERATION OF THE BOILER.
After successful ignition of the fuel, the boiler goes through mode for stabilization the
combustion process and at the display of the boiler is displayed the following information
(Figure 6.8.):
