After the initial purge by the fan, the burner supplies an initial starting dose of fuel and begins
the process of ignition. At the display is shown "
IGNITION 1
" - first attempt for ignition, which
takes place over a period defined in the control software.
The boiler controller is programmed at the factory of the manufacturer with optimal settings
for the operating mode. Selected are discreet numbers of degrees of thermal power, at which
the equipment can operate.
Practice shows that the factory set parameters of the boiler does not need additional
adjustment, even for different types of fuels.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in the values of
parameters of the equipment without informing about that the end users.
The values of the parameters that define the thermal power of hot-water boiler "Pelletherm
V.2 M01" are defined under the following conditions:
Fuel used are wood pellets class A1, A2, B according to standard EN ISO 17225-
2:2014 or with category: A, AB, B, BC, C (see Tables 3.3 and 3.4.);
The ash content does not substantially alter the heat of fuel combustion (its
caloricity), but requires specialized construction of the main burner module in order to
achieve optimal and efficient combustion process;
In Table 6.1. are referred to the factory settings of degrees of thermal power at which
are achieved optimal of boiler operation;
Degrees of thermal power specified define the thermal power and mode of operation
of the boiler;
The initial setting of the boiler is performed by a trained technician, then there is no
need to make other settings from the user;
Foolows a description of how to determine the fuel consumption and thus calculate
the thermal power of the boiler;
The boiler is switching on;
There is appearing guiding information. Then the boiler operation is activated again. If
it is known and necessary, in the controller can be set and information on the
caloricity of the pellets. Factory setting for caloricity of wood pellets is 4.8kWh/kg.
After entering the data, they should be stored by selecting the appropriate button from
the menu - the information shown on the display provides guidance for performing the
appropriate steps in the procedure for initial setup. After completion of this initial
setup the boiler is with guaranteed thermal power.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the values of default
parameters, by which is controlled the boiler operation without being obliged
to inform its customers.
6.2.8. SETTING THE BOILER ACCORDING TO THE THERMAL POWER CONSUMED.
It is recommended that in order to obtain optimum, reliable and efficient operation of the
boiler "Pelletherm V.2 M01", it should be set according to the thermal consumption, which
will cover. This is done by setting the thermal power which is achieved by the equipment by
changing the degree of thermal power shown in Table 6.1.
When adjusting thermal power of the boiler it is not necessary adjustment of the flow of
combustion air supplied by the fan, this is done automatically by the program set in the
control module of the equipment.
