Leveling th

er
INSTALLATION
Step 8: Leveling the Dishwasher
1. Open the door and place the level against the top of the tub on
the inside and check if the dishwasher is level. If it is not level,
rotate the leveling legs at the bottom front of the dishwasher until
the dishwasher is level. See the first note below for instructions
on adjusting the height of the front legs.
2. Use the level to check if the dishwasher is level front to back, as
shown in the figure to the right. If the dishwasher is not level front
to back, adjust the height of the rear legs until the dishwasher
is level. See the second note below for the instructions on
adjusting the rear legs.
3. Open the door of the dishwasher and check if both the tub and
door clearances are correct. You can also check this by placing
a level against the inside front vertical surface of the tub.
NOTES:
1. Before you move the dishwasher for installation, make sure to adjust the
height of the legs to be as short as possible. This prevents the legs from
breaking. You can adjust the front legs by tilting the unit back and turning
them easily clockwise or counter-clockwise.
2. When adjusting the rear legs, don’t tilt the unit. Rather, you’ll want to use a
flathead screwdriver or similar object to turn clockwise or counter-clock-
wise. Hold the front of the unit while adjusting to ensure stability.
