Filter Timer Module
• The 2x AAA batteries should be replaced when filter is replaced.
• Disconnect the mains electricity supply.
• To reprogram the filter timer module, first remove the front panel of the HydroChill. The filter timer module is
located inside.
• Remove the batteries and locate the switch bank, mounted on the reverse side to the battery holder of the
timer module’s printed circuit board.
• Referring to the table below, select the appropriate sequence. Set the switches to ON or OFF positions by
moving the switch with a small screwdriver.
• Replace the batteries and the front panel of the HydroChill.
• Reconnect the mains electricity supply.

Service
• There are no user serviceable parts but there are dangerous voltages present within the under counter chiller
unit. All service work must only be carried out by a suitably qualified and experienced trades-person.
• Before calling for service, check that both the water and electricity supplies are turned on and functional.
• Call Zip customer service on 0345 6 005 005 for assistance, service, spare parts and enquiries.
Cleaning
• Never use strong, corrosive or abrasive cleaning materials on the HydroChill
• Wipe clean the outer surfaces with a sponge or a soft cloth using a mild soap and
water.
• The louvres on the sides of the HydroChill need to be kept free of dust and lint to
permit free flow of air through the vents.
• They should be checked regularly, at least monthly, and dusted or vacuumed.
