Installation - Section 4 HydroChill installation
4.0 installation instructions, floor standing HydroChill
Read these instructions before commencing HydroChill installation, they
apply to all installation arrangements.

• Install the mains water pipework before locating the HydroChill in place. (See diagram below).
• Electrical power cable is 1.6m long.
• The HydroChill
must be installed within the limits of the
pipework and power cable length supplied.

4.1 Connect the water supply and waste pipe

• It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure the installation
complies with local water authority regulations and relevant
standards.
• Connect a cold water supply to the 1/2” BSP male inlet at the
back of the unit. See adjacent diagram and, ‘dimensions and
positioning’ , page 4).
• Connect a drain to the 40 mm PVC outlet at the back of the
HydroChill.

• The HydroChill is supplied with an integral mains power cable
and plug.
• Connect the plug to a 230V AC 13A socket.

DO NOT SWITCH ON THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
until
the HydroChill has been filled with water, see Section 5
Commissioning.
