RS-232

Configuring an RS-232 Connection

1.

Connect the RS-232 port on the back of the HXL-Plus to a computer using an RS-232 cable.

2.

Open a hyper-terminal app of your choice (Putty recommended) on a computer.

3.

Enter default settings shown below:

Baud Rate: 115200
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
Parity: None
Flow Control: None

4.

Your unit should now be connected.
