Maintenance Schedule
The scheduled maintenance must be performed in accordance with this chart to keep the Zero motorcycle in top
running condition. The initial maintenance is vitally important and must not be neglected.

• Replace brake pads if necessary.

2 Rear Brake • Check operation, and for fluid leakage.
• Replace brake pads if necessary.

Brake
Hoses
• Check for cracks or damage. Replace if
necessary.
     
4 Wheels
• Check runout, and for damage. Replace if
necessary.
    
5 Tires
• Check tread depth and for damage.
Replace if necessary.
• Check air pressure. See page 5-9.
Correct if necessary.
     
