POWER BUTTON
Press this button to turn the power on, and press again to turn the massager
off. A massage cycle lasts for 15 minutes, after this the massager will
automatically turn off and you need to press the power button to turn it back
on if you want to continue the massage.
AUTO BUTTON
When the power is turned on, press this button to select the auto massage
program. The corresponding indicator lights up.
MODE BUTTON
When the power is turned on, press this button to cycle through the three
massage modes for targeted massage suitable for leg, knee and foot. The
corresponding indicator lights up to show which mode is chosen.
• Leg: Air pressure massage to relaxes your legs and relieve tense
muscles.
• Knee: The air pressure and vibrating massage is targeted to promote
blood circulation in your knee.
• Foot: A combination of air pressure and foot vibration can relieve your
feet while massaging your soles.
INTENSITY BUTTON
When the massager is on, press this button to cycle through three intensities
of massage: Strong, Medium and Soft. The corresponding indicator light will
light up. Medium intensity is the default setting.
HEATING BUTTON
Press this button to turn on the heating function. Press this button again to
turn off the heating function. Heating is turned on by default, as shown by the
heat indicator light.
LEG MASSAGE
Sit down and place the product on the upper part of
your legs, as shown in picture 1. Turn on the Power
button, then press the Mode button to switch to Leg
massage.
KNEE MASSAGE
Sit down and place the massager on your knees as
shown in picture 2. Turn on the Power button, then
press the Mode button to switch to Knee massage.
FOOT MASSAGE
Sit down and place your foot into the massager as
shown in picture 3. Turn on the Power button, then
press the Mode button to switch to Foot massage.
AFTER USE
• The recommended duration of use is 15 minutes at a time.
• Turn off the power switch on the remote control.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the output plug on the USB power cord to the power cord jack on the
product.
2. Insert the other end of the USB cord to a power source.
3. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet after fully charging the appliance.
WARNING
• MAKE SURE THE CORD AND OUTLET ARE NOT DAMAGED BEFORE CHARGING.
• DO NOT HANDLE THE CORD OR POWER PLUG WITH WET HANDS.
