TV and VCR “Punch Through” Controls

Press the DEVICE button EXCEPT TV(VCR,
CATV, SAT, etc) and MUTE button simul-
taneously. Note: SET will appear in the
LCD.

Press the Volume (+) button. Note: “TV-
0” will appear in the LCD.

To deactivate the TV override, just repeat
steps 1 and 2. “TV-X” will appear in the
LCD instead of “TV-O.”

After setting up the remote to work with your respective TV, VCR, CATV, Satellite equipment, etc. the
remote control can also be set up so that the TV volume and VCR controls will supersede respective
equipment volume control, even when the remote control is in a different Device mode.

Press the DEVICE button EXCEPT VCR (TV,
CATV, SAT, etc) and MUTE button simultane-
ously. Note: SET will appear in the LCD.

Press the Volume (+) button. Note: VCR-0
will appear in the LCD.

To deactivate the VCR override, just repeat
