Operation
1. General precautions
a. Check all the circuitry and the plugs meet all requirements.
b. Set the temperature and time to a comfortable level, normally, 60
minutes at 50°C-65°C(122°F-149°F).
Note:
If ambient temperature is lower than 18.3°C(65°F), please set the
temperature at about 50°C(122°F); and if ambient temperature is higher
than 18.3°C(65°F), please set the temperature at about 65°C (149°F).
c. Drink a cup of water before the sauna session.
d. After 2 hours of continuous use, shut the sauna down for one hour.
e. To avoid burns, do not touch the heating element.
f. If the sauna becomes too warm, open the vent in the ceiling or open
the front door.
g. After your sauna session, turn off, and unplug the power cable.
2. Control panel operation
a. Turn On/Off
Plug the sauna into a proper
wall outlet. Do not share
the outlet with any other
appliance.
When electricity is turn on
at the wall outlet, the system
will beep twice which
means power is reaching
the sauna. Press “ON/OFF”
on the control panel to activate the system. Temperature displays
current temperature. Timer displays setting time of last sauna session.
If current temperature is lower than the temperature you have
selected, the heating function will start to work. Press the “ON/OFF”
button again to turn the sauna off. All heating will stop.
b. Light On/Off
Press the “Light” button to turn the light on and off.
c. Temperature setting
Press temp “+” and “-” to adjust temperature. Adjustment range is
30°C-65°C (122°F - 140°. When the “Heat” indicator lamp is on, each
time the “+” button is pressed, temperature will increase one degree.
If pressed for three seconds, the temperature setting will increase
quickly. Each time the “-” button is pressed, temperature will decrease
