Tips and Information about the Product and
its Use
This appliance is intended for household use only. The
●
warranty conditions change if the appliance is used
catering business purposes.
The appliance may only be used indoors.
●
The induction hob is intended for preparing and heating
●
food with the use of appropriate cooking vessels.
Do not use any extension cords for connecting the hob,
●
as they may cause the installation to overheat and cause
fi
re.
The power cord must not touch any hot elements of the
●
hob. It must be laid so that its temperature does not
exceed 75°C in any place.
The power cord must not be bent or squashed.
●
The installer is obliged to
fi
ll in the warranty
card which is a basis for warranty claims.

Installation and Connection to the Mains
INSTALLATION OF THE HOB (Fig. A)
The appliance may be installed only by
a certi
fi
ed installation technician.
The dimensions and assembling instructions are presented
in the
fi
gures above.

Cut out an opening in the worktop according to the
dimensions shown in the
fi
gures.

Place the hob in the opening and
fi
x to worktop using
brackets and screws.
Never install the hob above ovens without ventilation
●
function or near devices which generate heat.
Never install the hob near devices or objects that
●
generate magnetic
fi
elds (e.g. radio, tv, etc.).
Make sure the worktop is made of suitable heat resistant
●
material to avoid deformation due to heat produced by
the hob.
After installation, make sure that the hob is well ventilated
●
and that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.
For safety reasons, the distance between the
hob and a cabinet mounted above it should be
at least 760 mm.
CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE TO THE MAINS
SUPPLY
The device may be connected to the mains only
by a certi
fi
ed technician.
Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply
read the information on the rating label and the appliance
connection diagram.
The earthing wire must be connected to the
terminal marked with the symbol
. The
electrical installation supplying the hob should
be protected with a properly selected safety
device and, in addition, it should be equipped
with a suitable switch enabling the current to
be cut off in an emergency situation.
