For combinations, a 100 % mirror inserted in the DirectFRAP is recommended for maximum dynamics to increase efficiency.
b)
The manipulation of Dendra with the laser line 488 is not possible in the "stand alone" DirectFRAP system.
c)
FS 18 cannot be used for PA-GFP. For finding cells, a transmitted-light contrast is required.
d)
No laser is available for imaging of the initial form of PS-CFP or Phamret.
