Compare the stigmator values shown at the bottom of the screen with
inserted BSD4 detector and retracted BSD4 detector.
If the stigmator values vary widely between
retracted and inserted state or exceed 30%:
a
Readjust the position of the BSD4 detector
with the adjustment knobs.
Now, the BSD4 detector is adjusted.
