Open/Close the Brightfield shutter.

Open/Close the fluorescence shutter.
In « Microscope », in the « Control » menu, there are
several tabs allowing you to:

Choose the objective « Objectives ».

Choose the filter cube for fluorescence
« Reflector ».
5.
Add/Remove a 1.5X lens « Optovar ».

Observation in brightfield « BF », phase contrast
« PH » or Normanski contrast « DIC ».

Aperture Diaphragm opening (for the köhler
illumination setting)

Power of the halogen lamp
The LED for the fluorescence
The fluorescent lamp is composed of 3 LEDs.
1.
The first one is for the DAPI
2.
The second one is for the GFP
3.
The third one is for the mCherry and Cy5.
4.
Select the wanted LED « select ».
5.
Press the button On/Off to switch on and off the
LEDs.
6.
Adjust the power of each LED « +/- ».
7.
Turn off the LEDs « On/Off » when you don’t use
them to increase the lifetime of the LEDs.
