When your have set up your regulators, tank and BC, the Octo-
Z can be attached to the corrugated hose. Make this connection
by bringing the coupling on the corrugated hose to the male
thread on the Octo-Z and screwing the two together by hand.
Tighten the collar (clockwise) snuggly with your fingers, not a
wrench. (See Fig. 3) CHECK BEFORE EVERY DIVE TO MAKE
SURE THIS CONNECTION IS TIGHT AND SNUG.
