6.3 Cleaning and/or replacement of the nozzle
Before you disassembling, cleaning or replacing the nozzle the following steps must be done :
• Wash the valve with water
• Discharge the pressure from the supply system
Then proceed as follows:
Unscrew the
air cap nut
and pull out
the
air cap*
;
Unscrew the
nozzle
with a 6mm
wrench;
Loosen the needle adjustment
operati ng on the
micrometric
adjustment handle
(see
secti on 5.2 -
Needle travel adjustment
), by turning
it counter-clockwise unti l it doesn’t
resist anymore;
