Operation
Switching appliance on
Press .
The target temperature last set flashes in the LED display and can be
changed with the arrow buttons.
If no further setting is made within 5 seconds, the target temperature
displayed is taken over.
The current pan temperature is shown in the LED display.
The LED display “Appliance in use” and the heating display come on.
Setting the temperature
Press
or briefly.
The LED display flashes the target temperature currently set.
Pressing
increases the target temperature.
Pressing
reduces the target temperature.

If you keep the
or
button depressed, the temperature is
initially set in 1-degree increments. After the first ten degrees,
the change is made in 10-degree increments.
If no further setting is made within 5 seconds, the new target
temperature is taken over.
The LED display again shows the current pan temperature.
Select boost cooking level
Set the target temperature to 100 °C.
Press
for 3 seconds.
The display directly changes from 100 °C to 105 °C.
If no further setting is made within 5 seconds, the new target
temperature is taken over.
The LED display shows the current pan temperature again, the LED
display “Appliance in use” flashes.
The boost cooking level is deactivated by pressing the
button twice.
The target temperature is automatically set to 100 °C without further
indication in the display.
Switching off the appliance / Ending the cooking
process
Press .
The frying proces is ended and the appliance is switched off.
