The diffuser does not turn on.
The power cord is not properly
connected.
There is no power to the outlet.
1. Check connections on
both ends of the power cord to
ensure proper connection to the
diffuser and power outlet.
2. Try another power outlet.
The LED light and pump are working,
but no oil is diffusing or the diffuser is
diffusing abnormally.
The pump is not properly and securely
inserted.
The oil bottle is empty or lower than
the end of the oil tube.
The oil tube is not securely attached
to the pump.
There is a blockage in
the pump.
1. Remove the pump from the
diffuser, realign the markings,
and press down to secure the
pump.
2. Add more essential oil or change
out the bottle.
3. Remove and reinsert the oil tube
into the pump.
4. Clean the pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
The LED light turns on,
but the Pump does not work.
The unit is stuck in
Mist Off mode.
Wait for the Mist Off mode to end or
press the Mist On button to reset
the pump.
Oil is leaking from the Pump.
The pump or diffuser were tilted prior
to use.
The oil pump is damaged.
1. Clean the Pump according to
the Cleaning and Maintenance
instructions.
2. Reinsert the Pump into the
diffuser. If the Pump has been
damaged, order additional
replacement Pumps.
The Bluetooth signal is weak.
The diffuser is on a metal surface.
The device is too far away from the
diffuser.
1. Set the diffuser on a different,
non-metallic surface.
2. Move the device closer to
the diffuser.
