8. Replace the return air access panels that were
removed in Step 1.
Note:
To convert a unit from the 2- inch
filter configuration to the 4-inch filter
configuration, use the instructions
for converting from the 4- inch filter
configuration to the 2- inch filter
configuration. Reverse Step 4 and Step

shown in Step 4.
Dirty filter switch pressure
setting
If a factory-installed dirty filter switch is present,
the pressure setting of the switch can be changed
using the adjustment screw that is accessible the
the metal cover removed. A setting of 0.5 in. WC
will serve as a general starting point but must be
adjusted for the specific application to detect the
increased pressure drop associated with a dirty
filter.
Power and control wiring
Field wiring to the unit, fuses, and disconnects must
conform to provisions of National Electrical Code
(NEC), ANSI/NFPA No. 70 – Latest Edition (in U.S.A.),
current Canadian Electrical Code C221, and/or local
ordinances. The unit must be electrically grounded
in accordance with NEC and CEC as specified above
and/or local codes.

wired for 230 V power supply. Change the tap on the
transformer for 208-3-60 operation. Refer to the unit
wiring diagram.
The internal wiring harnesses furnished with this
unit are an integral part of the design certified unit.
The unit does not require field alteration to comply
with electrical codes.
If any of the wire supplied with the unit must
be replaced, replacement wire must be of the
