Register numbers to write the time to first from the PC/PLC are the 64 bits of registers
40001 to 40004.
When the time has not been written, the default date and time (1970-01-01
00:00:00.000) of the internal clock are used.
Write coordinated universal time or UTC as a 64-bit unsigned integer.
As the minimum resolution of the time that is written is 1 ms, one count of a 64-bit
unsigned integer is 1 ms.
Internally on the VZ20X, time is handled as the time elapsed from January 1, 1970.
