CPU is not operating normally.

setup error, etc.

CAUTION

The special relays associated with the status of the remote stations of the FA Link
are valid only when the local station is connected on the network (normal
communications). To verify that the local station is connected on the network, check
that the local station status (as indicated by a special register) is online.
