B4.  Software Setting Function  

(of Communication Parameters, etc.) 

You can set the data format and transmission speed using the rotary switch (SW1) 

or the DIP switch (SW2) on the right side of the module.  Alternatively, you can 

also perform software setting from a program in the FA-M3 CPU module. 

 

Data format and transmission speed can be changed even after the Personal 

Computer Link module is mounted to the base unit.
