6.  HAZARDOUS DUTY TYPE INSTRUMENT

Care should be taken to install, wiring, piping to
keep safety. This instrument is restricted to
maintenance and repair. Please read "INSTAL-
LATION AND OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
FOR JIS FLAMEPROOF EQUIPMENT" in the
end of this manual.
