Regular Air Filter, Deodorization Filter or Air Cleaner must be cleaned once a
while, depending upon air quality and unit application.
Open Front Panel only After Unit Stops Running Completely.
Check and Clean Air Filter

and Air Cleaner
1. Take out filters.
2. Clean filters with a vacuum cleaner or by patting
them gently (if they are very dirty, wash them in

warm water below 104 F dissolved with neutral
solution of washing detergent).
3. Rinse filters with clean water, the dry them in cool
air.
4. Insert them back to their original positions
securely. Close plastic front panel.

detergent.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
If your problems could not be resolved with procedure described below, please stop
your unit and contact the installer or distributor.
Unit does not operate at all.
Remote controller
does not display.
Cooling and heating is
not satisfied after
running for a long time.
Blower doesn't run while
outdoor unit is running
during HEAT mode.

Analysis and Solution
Power blackout?
Circuit breaker trips?
Fuse in panel blown off?
Is voltage higher or than 10% of the required
rated value?
Wire loose or damaged?
Check power piror to checking the unit.
If disturbed abnormally or operation modes
changed too frequently, sometimes remote
controller would lose functions. Remove
batteries and reposition batteries.
If remote controller displays unclear or displays
all symbols, need to replace with good batteries.
Air will not be immediatly blown out at the start
of the HEAT mode. Blower won't work until the
indoor coil is warm enough.
Coil copper tube temperature sensor should be
in the copper tube holder securely with wires
connected well.
Does temperature set up right?
Dirty filter?
Unit inlet or oulet blocked?
Unit still in sleep mode?
Indoor fan speed set at low?
Doors and windows are open?
Too much sunshine or extra heat in room?
Unit doesn't run after
ON/OFF button is
pressed.
There are many ways to protect the unit. Unit
stops as per microprocessor program safety
instructions. Please wait a little while.
Pressed ON/OFF too many times? Press it
firmly to check if the indoor unit beeps.
