Make sure your tools are in good condition.
a worn allen key round the hex on a bolt not
allowing for proper torque.
torque settings are listed throughout the
instructions. it is also import to prep all bolt
threads . the instruction denote wether to use a
blue loctite compound or grease.
the Guide pin is not necessary for assembly.
it aids in the assembly process but can be
substituted with an 8mm allen key or an object
with an outer diameter of 5/16”
not every too may be needed for the assembly/
disassembly of your bike. the list encompasses
all the tools necessary to complete assembly/
disassembly on each bike
