Accesses voicemails 
Redial a previously dialed number 
Places a call on hold or resumes a held call 
Transfer a call to another party 

Speaker Key 

Activates and indicates speakerphone mode 

Volume Key 

Adjusts the volume of the ringer, handset and speaker 

Directional Pad 

Scrolls through displayed information. Confirm and cancel 
actions 

Key Pad 

Provides the digits, letters, and special characters in context-
sensitive applications 

Soft Keys
