Once you have found the correct file, double click the file, then click
Upload

to the browse button) and
Save
(at the bottom of your screen)

If you have multiple departments created for your group, you will need to do
this for all of your
Departments

Go to
“Departments”
drop down box

Repeat steps 7 & 8 For all of your departments
