Configuring Search Source List
The search source lists can be Local Directory, History, Remote Phone Book, LDAP, Network
Contacts and Network Call List.
Note
If Remote Phone Book, LDAP, Network Contacts and Network Call List are not configured in
advance, you cannot search them.
For more information on Remote Phone Book, refer to Remote Phone Book on page 18 .
For more information on the LDAP, refer to LDAP Directory on Yealink IP Phones .
Not all phones support Network Contacts and Network Call List. For more information, refer to
Yealink SIP Phones Integrated with Metaswitch CommPortal Phone Applications User Guide

To configure the search priority of the directory via CommPortal phone configurator:
1.
Click
Features
->
Search Source List In Dialing
.
2.
Select the desired search priority for Local Directory, History, Remote Phone Book, LDAP,
Network Contacts and Network Call List .
 1 is the highest priority and 6 is the lowest priority.
 If the priority is set to
Disabled
, the IP phone cannot search the list.
3.
Click
Save changes
to accept the change.
4.
Perform auto provisioning on the phone to download above configurations. For more
information on how to perform auto provisioning, refer to
Downloading Configuration
Files on page 39 .
Line Keys Configuration
You can assign predefined features to line keys. So that you can quickly access features.
Note
Line key is not applicable to SIP-T19 (P) E2, CP920, W60B, and W80B phones.
To assign features to line keys via CommPortal phone configurator:
