Directory
The directory provides easy access to frequently used lists. The lists may contain Local Directory,
History, Remote Phone Book, LDAP, Network Contacts and Network Call List.
Note
If Remote Phone Book, LDAP, Network Contacts and Network Call List are not configured in
advance, you cannot see them on the phone user interface.

For more information on the LDAP, refer to LDAP Directory on Yealink IP Phones .
Not all phones support Network Contacts and Network Call List. For more information, refer to
Yealink SIP Phones Integrated with Metaswitch CommPortal Phone Applications User Guide

You cannot configure Directory via CommPortal phone configurator for CP960 IP phones.
Configuring the Display Priority of the Directory
You can configure the display priority of your directory.
To configure the display priority of directory via CommPortal phone configurator:

Features
->
Directory

Select the desired priority for Local Directory, History,
Remote Phone Book, LDAP, Network
Contacts and Network Call List .
 1 is the highest priority and 6 is the lowest priority. The location of the selected list is
displayed according to this priority when user presses the
Directory
soft key.
