Nest and remains fixed. The smaller blue point mounts in gripper

1.2.1.2 Gripper
An electronic gripper is included with each GP8 EduCart. The gripper is
controlled by digital outputs from the YRC1000micro Controller.
• Input 1 indicates gripper open
• Input 2 indicates gripper closed
• Output 1 opens the gripper
• Output 2 closes the gripper
1.2.1.3 Table Surface
This EduCart is developed with the mindset for customization. The table
surface is a steel whiteboard. It is possible to design customized graphic
layouts per each instructors lesson plan.
Any whiteboard marker may be used on the working surfaces for
demonstrations and may be cleaned or wiped off using a dry cloth.
The system includes a default magnetic teaching template with hole cut
outs to locate the block nests and optional camera post. The instructor
may create magnetic templates as required to support various lessons.

1.2.1.4 Table Top Indicators
Two domed indicators are mounted onto the table top, behind the
Manipulator. These three-color LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are
controlled by the robot’s Concurrent I/O logic.
The Table Top Indicators display in either yellow, red, or green.
• Yellow - Always on when in TEACH mode.
• Red - On when in PLAY mode and the scanner is violated.
• Green - On when in PLAY mode and the scanner is clear.
