One of sampled water characteristics of an ion exchange cartridge is the transient characteristics
above, which necessitates several minutes to stabilize. To cope this, discard about four liters of
water immediately after replacing the cartridge. Use the data above only as a reference because the
same results may not be necessarily obtained depending on specific cartridge or quality of the raw
water.
