Adjust the clearance to the road surface by moving
the scraper.
TIP
Adjust the clearance between the scraper end and the
road surface so that it becomes equal to or greater
than the clearance between the auger end and the
road surface.

Be sure the scraper is horizontal, and then tighten
the nuts and bolts to the specified torques.
Checking and adjusting the track ten-
sion
Make sure that the tension of the track is correct.
If the tension of the track is not correct, the track may
slip or it may fall off. Adjust the slack if necessary.
Checking
1.
Stop the engine and remove the engine switch key.
2.
Check the slack of the track by pressing its center
position with your hand (with approximately 5 kgf
force).

9 N·m (0.9 kgf·m)
Bolt:
