FRONT FORK

1. Install:

• damper rod

• rebound spring

CAUTION:

Allow the damper rod to slide slowly down
the inner tube

until it protrudes from the

bottom of the inner tube. Be careful not to
damage the inner tube.

2. Lubricate:

• inner tube’s outer surface

Recommended lubricant

Fork oil 15 W or equivalent

3. Install:

• inner tube bushing

• inner tube

(into outer tube

)

• oil flow stopper

New

4. Install:

• copper washer

• damper rod bolt

New
