FRONT FORK SPRING PRELOAD ADJUSTMENT

CAUTION:

Tighten the pinch bolts to specified
torque. If torqued too much, it may
cause the front fork to malfunction.

NOTE:

Adjust the installation angle of the steering
damper stay so that the dimension

between 3 mm (0.12 in) and 5 mm (0.20 in)
when the handlebar is turned fully to the
right.

4. Check:

• Steering smooth action

Turn the handlebar to make sure no parts
are being contacted with others.
