Inspection steps:

Attach the cooling system tester

 to the cool-

ant filler

Cooling system tester:

Apply 100 kPa (1.0 kg / cm

Measure the pressure with the gauge.

Air bleeding

1. Remove:

Seat

Side cover

2. Bleed air from the cooling system.

Air bleeding steps:

Lift up the tail of the machine.

S

Remove the bleed bolt

 on the heat ex-

changer.

S

While slowly adding coolant to the coolant fill-
er, drain the coolant until no more air bubbles
appear.

S

Tighten the bleed bolt

Bleed bolt:

12.5 Nm (1.3 m

Add coolant to the coolant cold level
