REMOVING THE FRONT FORK LEGS

The following procedure applies to both of the
front fork legs.

1. Stand the vehicle on a level surface.

Securely support the vehicle so that there is
no danger of it falling over.

NOTE:

Place the vehicle on a suitable stand so that the
front wheel is elevated.

2. Remove:

front cowlings (left and right)
Refer to “REMOVING THE FRONT COWL-
INGS” in chapter 3.

3. Remove: (T110LSE)

brake caliper assembly

brake hose retainers
Refer to “FRONT BRAKE (T110LSE)”.

front wheel
Refer to “FRONT WHEEL AND BRAKE
DISC (T110LSE)”.

4. Remove: (T110LE)

front wheel
Refer to “FRONT WHEEL AND DRUM
BRAKE (T110LE)”.

5. Remove:

front fender bolts (left and right)

screws (left and right)

front fender (upper)

6. Remove:

front fender bolts

collars

front fender (lower)
