REMOVING THE ENGINE

ENGINE ASSEMBLY

1. Remove:

rear upper mounting nut

washer

front mounting nut

washer

rear lower mounting nut

washer

rear upper mounting bolt

front mounting bolt

rear lower mounting bolt

engine assembly

Securely support the vehicle so there is no
danger of it falling over.

4. Remove:

crankcase breather hose

5. Disconnect:

stator coil coupler

pickup coil coupler

neutral switch coupler

6. Disconnect:

starter motor lead coupler
