If the signal transmission of the Radio Data System station is too
weak, this unit may not be able to receive Radio Data System
information completely. In particular, RT (Radio Text)
information uses a lot of bandwidth, so it may be less available
compared to other types of information.
Use this feature to receive the TP (traffic program) data
service of the Radio Data System station network.

• [TP Search] flashes on the front panel display and the search
starts.
The TP indicator on this unit flashes during search.
• When the traffic program is received, the TP indicator stays on
and the search stops.
If you press
TP
again, the search starts again.
• If this unit fails to receive the traffic program, the TP indicator
turns off and [Not Found] appears on the front panel display.
The unit returns to its previous state.
• To cancel the search, press
TP
during search.
